Annet Mahendru
Mahendru is a mother of Russian origin who was born in Afghanistan. Mahendru fluently speaks German Russian English. Annet Mahendru, born in India, to an Indian father and a Russian father and an Indian mother, is proficient of both Indian and Russian. She choreographed an 11-year old dance that led to her being an appearance on German TV appearance as an Russian Snow Maiden who transforms into a jovial Indian Dancer. She graduated from high school in New York before earning a Bachelor of Arts (English) at St. John's University. She studied improvisation and comedy in the Groundlings School after leaving HB Studio. Her birthplace was in Kabul Afghanistan to a Hindu-Indian father Ghanshan Ken Mahendru, and a Russian mom Olga. The family moved together with their father to East Meadow, New York, when she was 13 years old. She appears on FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. Her most well-known role is the ex- KGB Agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova in FX's The Americans. Her most well-known role is her recurring roles on Fox's The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
